It’s been a pretty first month of the WNBA season for the league’s former MVP. The trophy holder in charge, A’ja Wilson, he recorded a double-double of 30 points, 13 rebounds last week to lead the Las Vegas Ace to a win against New York Liberty. Meanwhile, 2018 MVP Breanna Stewart has been called co-Player of the Month (with Jonquel Jones of the Connecticut Sun) for May and has the Seattle Storm on top of the Western Conference at the start. Stewart is second in the league scoring more than 22 points per game, just in track of the 2012 MVP Tina Charles. Charles averages more than 25 points a night for the Washington Mystics. Finally, the Minnesota Lynx star Sylvia Fowles, the 2017 MVP, leads the league in stealing and field goal percentage.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. The league has awarded the Most Valuable Player trophy to 15 different players since 1997. So with that in mind, how many WNBA MVP winners can you name in five minutes?
